Michelle has spent over a decade building fundraising programs from the inside at organizations like Canadian Feed The Children and North York General Foundation, working across food security, healthcare, and international development. She also spent seven years at Blue North Strategies on the agency side, helping dozens of Canadian charities build smarter, more sustainable fundraising programs.
She's currently serving as fractional Chief Revenue Officer at The Water Project, a US-based nonprofit focused on clean water access in sub-Saharan Africa, building out exactly the kind of revenue infrastructure NV Strategies helps other organizations build.
